Celebrate Christmas in style this year with Business Builders at the Langstone Quays Resort Christmas party night.

Enjoy a sumptuous 3 course dinner and party the night away with their resident DJ until 1am (bar until 12:30).

Party Night Menu


  • Cream of leek & potato soup, chive oil V/GF
  • Warm tartlet of smoked ham & glazed mozzarella, pesto & pine nut dressing
  • Terrine of smoked mackerel & dill, caper mayonnaise, salad of herbs, lemon dressing GF

Main Course

  • Butter roast crown of turkey, roasted root vegetables & potatoes, stuffing, bacon wrapped chipolata, turkey gravy
  • Braised blade of beef, thyme crushed potatoes, roasted parsnip, Boddingtons Ale & pearl barley sauce DF
  • Grilled loin of salmon, herb polenta cake, crushed peas& savoy cabbage, lemon & herb butter
  • Winter vegetable filled cannelloni, pecan & brie cheesecrust, & tomato salsa V


  • Traditional Christmas pudding, cranberry compote & brandy sauce
  • Chocolate marquise, chocolate cremeux, dark cherries & Chantilly cream
  • Vanilla crème brûlée, date & orange salsa, cigar biscuit


Accommodation is available @ £74.00 bed & breakfast per room, per night based on double occupancy.

Booking: £10.00 per person deposit required to confirm your booking which is non-transferable and non-refundable.

 I understand that I must pay a £10 deposit for each ticket at the time of reserving my ticket(s). Remaining balance is due 4 weeks prior to the event.
